Our new location at 1 Golden Flake Drive is now open to the public!

In 2025, we moved our Irondale store to the Factory at Golden Flake, an iconic and beloved landmark of Birmingham in the North Titusville area. Our store originally opened in 2005 and was the first store to combine the two names Southeastern Salvage Home Emporium.

The new location is 135,000 square feet, which is double the size of our old location, plus a 2-acre outdoor patio, pottery, and garden center. You’ll find all the great items you know and love, just more of them!

Whether your style is shabby chic, classic, transitional, contemporary, eclectic, or vintage, we have it all. We pride ourselves at finding unique furnishings, at great prices. And that includes our building materials too. You could say, we have a little bit of everything.

We’re as sorry as you to see the Golden Flake factory close and we hope to honor its memory with a new multi-use retail and warehouse facility called The Factory at Golden Flake.

We are excited about the opportunity to revitalize and occupy a building that has played such a big role in Birmingham and Alabama's History.
